What does a Notary Trust Delivery Agent do?

As a trusted Notary Public serving Northern Colorado, we work closely with individuals to guide them through the signing process of Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other essential estate planning documents. While we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or draft documents, we specialize in presenting estate documents, clearly guiding clients on where to sign and initial, and notarizing when required. We proudly partner with attorneys and estate planners to help ensure a smooth, organized signing experience once their clients are ready. Our support includes coordinating client schedules, confirming valid identification will be available at the appointment, and arranging for witnesses when necessary. Throughout the process, we keep our attorney partners informed every step of the way. During the signing ceremony, we present the trust documents professionally, guide signers through each page, and notarize as needed. We also offer added value through courier services, including scanning and document shipping, when requested. It’s our honor to provide reliable and respectful service for all your estate signing needs.

What Will I Need for my Appointment?

To complete a notarization you will need to bring the full, unsigned documents, unless the Mobile Notary Public is bringing the documents or the Full Living Trust Binder. A Valid, Government Issued Photo ID such as your Driver's License, Passport, State ID card, or Military ID. All Signers must be present and witnesses present if needed. Ask for a Quote for fees due at signing.

Colorado Driver License
